Answer engines quote pages that state things. Pages that hedge, omit prices and carry no date get read and passed over.
Price absent
If you sell something and the page never states what it costs, you are asking to be excluded from every answer that involves cost. This is the single most common reason a commercial page fails to get cited.
Freshness unknown and stale
Two separate findings. Freshness unknown means we could not determine when the page was last meaningfully updated. Stale means we could, and it was a long time ago. The first is a markup problem, the second is a content problem.
Hedged language
Copy built from "may", "might", "could potentially" gives an engine nothing to assert on your behalf. We flag it as informational, because sometimes hedging is legally required and you will want to keep it.
Questions
What if we genuinely cannot publish a price?
Then dismiss the finding and it stays dismissed. Enterprise pricing is a real constraint. The check exists so the tradeoff is a decision rather than an accident.

AI crawler access
We check robots.txt against fifteen named AI crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and Claude-SearchBot, and name the ones you block.

We fetch your page as raw HTML and again in a real browser, then compare. Content that exists only after JavaScript runs is content most AI crawlers never see.

Most schema validators tell you the markup parses. We check whether the fields inside it actually contain anything an answer engine can quote.

Answer engines need to know the company on your site is the one on your Google profile. We check whether that identity is machine readable and consistent.
