Why these are free
Each tool runs one real check against one URL, using the same code path the paid audit uses. There is no cut down version and no sample data. We give them away because the checks they run answer a question you should not have to pay to ask, which is whether an answer engine can reach your page at all.
Nothing is stored. We fetch the URL you give us, run the check, return the result, and keep no record of the request. That means you cannot come back tomorrow and see yesterday's result, which is the tradeoff for not having an account.
What one URL can and cannot tell you
A single URL check is honest about a single page. It will tell you if that page is blocked to an AI crawler, if it renders empty without JavaScript, or if its structured data is present but hollow. Those are page level facts and a page level tool answers them properly.
What it cannot tell you is anything that only appears across a site. Duplicate pages, canonical conflicts, internal linking, redirect chains and freshness are all relationships between pages, and no amount of checking one page reveals them. That is the actual difference between these tools and an audit, rather than a feature we held back to make you upgrade.
